CASA El Dorado policy is set by the Board of Directors. The board meets at least nine times per year and does an annual board retreat.
Day to day operations are led by Executive Director John Adams. John leads a staff of 10, many of whom are providing direct program services.
Fundraising is supported by the Capital Leadership Council. These ambassadors are major donors that contribute personally or corporately to the CASA El Dorado cause, and seek to encourage others to give.
